S.T.L Loaves is a female-run business that began during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic. Kianna Kelly, a mother of two, brought back her childhood tradition of baking Friendship breads to help encourage positivity and love in her community. At first, she baked a loaf here and there for her coworkers, friends, and family, but after a few short weeks, she had emails and phone calls requesting these sweet treats from across the country! Her close friend and coworker, Tova Feinberg, was also baking in her spare time to lift up the spirits of her family while in isolation. Realizing their shared interests, they decided to take their passion for food and people on a new journey. Together, they began the company to show that amidst a global pandemic, people can spread hope and love with one sweet treat at a time.
